View a Scheduled Job

To view the details and configuration properties of a Scheduled Job:

  1. Select Admin from the top navigation bar, then select Jobs > Scheduled Jobs from the side navigation menu. The Scheduled Jobs screen is displayed. By default, List View is selected.

  2. Search for and select the desired Scheduled Job (see Search for a Scheduled Job for more information on the available search options). The Scheduled Job Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

  3. The header and the sections on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the Scheduled Job Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Scheduled Job, including its name, description, status, and effectivity period. See Edit Scheduled Job Properties for more information on editing these properties.

Also from the header area, you can define when, and how often, the Scheduled Job executes. See Edit the Execution Schedule for a Scheduled Job for more information.

Also from the header area, you manually execute a Scheduled Job. See Manually Execute a Scheduled Job for more information.

Also from the header area, you can delete a Scheduled Job. See Delete a Scheduled Job for more information.

Definition Tab

The Definition tab of the Scheduled Job Details screen displays the Action that a Scheduled Job will perform when it executes, along with the properties and parameters configured for that Action.

Eligibility Tab

Depending on the selected Action type for a Scheduled Job, the Eligibility tab of the Scheduled Job Details screen allows you to select one or more Segments that limit the Members included in the Job's audience. See Define Scheduled Job Eligibility for more information.

Instances Tab

The Instances tab of the Scheduled Job Details screen serves as a detailed log of all job runs, including both successful and unsuccessful attempts.

If the Scheduled Job created a file, you can download that file from the Instances tab. For example, the Calculate Segment Action type creates a file. See Download a Scheduled Job Output File for more information.

If the Scheduled Job process an import file (or files), you can download that file (or files) from the Instances tab. For example, the Batch Merge Accounts Action type can be used to pick up a file of Member Profiles to be merged. You can download these files for a variety of purposes, including inspection or troubleshooting. See Download Scheduled Job Processed File for more information.
